Episode #3 Anchoring Anxiety (Part II)

In our previous episode about Anxiety, we discussed the basics- what anxiety is in clinical terms and what helps it thrive in our system. In this episode, our therapists Manasi, Shambhavi, and Shrabosti discuss various tools, strategies, and techniques to manage anxiety. We have structured it into 3 parts- First we focus on what you can do when you feel your anxiety coming up (i.e. before it begins).
